Meet Joseph. M. Pustizzi, Esq.
Joseph M. Pustizzi is licensed in the state of Florida and admitted to practice in all state courts as well as the U.S. District Court, Southern District. A local lawyer working with clients in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale areas, Mr. Pustizzi’s practice focuses on condominium association law, homeowners association law, real estate disputes and civil litigation.
Mr. Pustizzi has represented more than 350 associations as general counsel, which requires deep knowledge of Florida association law and corporate governance. He also has extensive experience conducting civil litigation, including mediation, arbitration before the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, non-jury trials and appellate work. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and Political Science from Florida State University and his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University.
